    As you walk in the unit, you'll notice the owners take pride in their home. All furniture is up-to-date and the unit is very tastefully decorated. Walk straight through to the balcony which overlooks the stunning Pensacola Bay. This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with plenty of room to stretch out. Watch paddle boarders, boats and jet skis coming and going all through the day and when the sun goes down notice the lights from the area glistening on the water. It's the perfect place to be! South Harbor is walking distance to shops and restaurants so you won't have to move your car.

This is a great location. First time staying in this unit. South Harbour is perfect for being ableto walk to the ocean and also the bay/boardwalk. Very easy check-in and out. Was a cozy place to stay. Great balcony and view.

Pensacola beach trip

It was in a great location you could walk to eateries we were crossed the street from Pensacola boardwalk the beach was right there. I will definitely stay there again.

Location!!! Within walking distant to Pensacola beach and restaurants. This unit has a large lanai with access from both living area and the master bedroom. We really enjoy our stay here.

2 star condo in a 5 star location

Checking into this condo was a PAIN! We attempted to contact Vacasa on the intercom as instructed but no one answered. Luckily the president of the HOA was entering at the time and helped get us into the building. Once we made it to the condo the provided code for the lock did not work, so we had to contact Vacasa. It took about 15 minutes on the phone with Vacasa before the door code would work. The pictures of the condo are OLD! The condo needs major renovation! The carpets are disgusting. Stains and dirt so badly that the only clean area's are under tables that are not moved. The flooring in this condo is so bad that we would not walk around with out shoes or socks on. The chairs in the living room were so dirty we never sat on them. I have pictures upon request! The kitchen cabnets are peeling and the sink smells of fish. Anytime you ran water the smell got worse. This condo has a great location, and view. I also felt safe, but the condo itself needs major help. With that being said the condo is located next to 2 bars, with loud music friday-sunday. As well as the pool so sitting on the patio is not peaceful in the evening.
