House rules
• For an additional fee ($149), daily housekeeping services are available upon your request from 9 am to 3 pm.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Portofino Resort Tower 1 Bayside

Our stay was amazing on the Portofino Resort! The condominium was overall clean and very comfortable. We loved the beach, pool and dolphin excursion! A major disappointment was this condominium was listed as beach side but it was bayside. The ease of getting to all the amenities of Pensacola beach was fabulous! We will be back!

Another stay at Portofino did not disappoint. This condo was clean and met all our needs. Having the extra bed was great for our family of 7.

FANTASTIC PROPERTY . IT CAME AS ADVERTISED.

Property was beautiful. Location was beautiful too. Only issue was the cleanliness of room upon check-in. Bed sheets were NOT changed in guest room. Found a contact lens in the bed sheets where my daughter decided to sleep. It wouldn't have been there is bed sheets were changed. There was also a small maintenance issue with one of the window blinds (didn't retract fully). I brought it up to front desk upon check-in but no one in ever followed up.

The property was good but not ready when we arrived. We had to wait until 7:00 at night and we were told 3:00 was checkin. It was very difficult after a long day of travel.

Great Place - Below Average Property Manager

After booking with VRBO we were handed off to Hosteva Property Managers. They tried to cancel our (already confirmed) reservation and offered a substandard substitute apartment instead. After requiring a suitable substitute property somehow the original property became available...suspect to say the least. Then at check in there was no record of our stay. After having to contact Hosteva again, it was resolved. Though both situations were resolved, I would not expect to have these issues when spending over $4,000 for a vacation property.

Nice Resort

A lot of things to do for families but a little pricey. They do offer an extreme package that includes jet ski's, little cars, sunset cruises, and a lot of other things that is pretty reasonably.
