"We came to go swimming an enjoy some time with my out of town family I called an ask was the pool open an 20 min after I get there they shut it down an never open it back up no where to park but you have to pay for it breakfast is just coffee an a muffin that you have to pay for from a staff member that’s very rude an just points to the sign an says no understand then continues to talk in English to her friend an 25$ for 1 cheeseburger yeah it’s a no for me "

"The area was a professional area. Many businesses and othee hotels. Felt very safe and comfortable."

"We had a great stay overall. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a big difference. We were only able to attend breakfast one morning during our stay, but that experience was excellent. The food was hot and fresh, and the staff made my children feel especially welcomed, which we really appreciated. The only issue we experienced was with housekeeping. We stayed for five nights and our room was only serviced once, after the first night when we needed the sheets changed due to an accident, which we appreciated. We understood that service was scheduled for every other day, but after that initial visit, no additional housekeeping was provided, including on the fourth day as expected. Additionally, the safety lock on our room door was loose. Just sharing this as an FYI so it can be addressed for future guests. Aside from these items, everything else about our stay was very positive, and we truly enjoyed our time here."

"No. The airport shuttles run every hour to an hour and a half. So you have to wait at the airport. Upon arrival the lobby is dark and lights are dim. The building wreaks of a foul odor. The room was dirty . The bed, the carpet, the bathroom, all dirty. Tub had mildew around it or mold. Cigarette ashes in the floor of a non smoking room. Hallways were dirty. Ceiling towels dirty and missing. The area was not safe. The population that was in the building was very sketchy. The name df the hotel does not fit. More like poor quality hotel. I could not sit in the building let alone sleep or stay. "

"Rooms were filthy. They don't vacuum floor between guest stays.Kitchen tiles were sticky as they don't wash the floor. Air vents were covered in dust."
