"We were a group of eight, up for a birthday party. We all had a great time! Everyone was impressed with the place and location. The two separate living areas worked well with our group. We especially enjoyed the chalkboard and pool table. We loved every minute of our stay. Jeff is a great host, with great communication. This was a great find! The place was clean and comfortable and plenty of room for our five-person family. The kitchen was very nice and easy to use as well. The only issue was no patio furniture in the back deck area."

So we ended up having to buy a hotel room last minute which cost an arm and a leg. She ended up sending me the check in information at night around 9:30 after we already got a hotel room. And now I cant get a refund because the cancellation doesn't fall in the time window. I cant tell you how the room was because I was never able to even get in. "
