"Property was lovely with a great view.Good communication from host from booking right through.Kitchen & all other facilities well appointed.We did have to clean up ants in the dining area on 2 occasions (perhaps needs an ant treatment)Also the coffee machine was not cleaned before our visit & the 2nd bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable & dipped to the middle, we turned it around which did help a little.Otherwise, a lovely relaxing stay.Would recommend to future guests.KI is a lovely place, particularly the national park in the west."

"Excellent open plan kitchen and lounge room with beautiful views of the ocean. Amazing deck overlooking the turquoise sea and mainland to look out for dolphins. Facilities in house make it a very comfortable place to stay. Communication with host always prompt."

"Great location, very close to the Penneshaw ferry, IGA, and local eating places. The house was comfortable and suited our stay well.A few improvements would make it even better. The house could benefit from more thorough internal cleaning, as we noticed spider webs and did some cleaning ourselves. Installing fly screens on the front and rear doors would greatly improve ventilation and allow guests to enjoy the fresh breeze.There is also quite a lot of extra furniture, which makes the house feel a bit congested. Some delicate decorative items are nice, but they can be a concern for families with young children due to the risk of accidental damage.Overall, a good place to stay with an excellent and convenient location."
