"This property worked out great for us because we have a service dog, in our room on the first floor, had its own direct access to a garden. The room size was very good and the amenities were basic. Breakfast was average."

"A nice clean hotel, room was on the small side but adequate. Parking was the most expensive I’ve ever paid. Good choice for breakfast and everything very fresh. Someone who could speak English on reception would have been a help for us ignorant brits"

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating, got me hot water and a room heater just because I get too cold. There is a restaurant on sight, bar menu but get for late arrivals as everything close early. Breakfast was good, fresh bread enough to start the day"

"Currently very dirty. I felt so sorry for the cleaners I made sure to leave a 5 Euro per day tip for their hard work but even the best cleaners could not keep up with the dirt around this property currently. There is messy reconstruction of the onsite pool, a big port construction project right across the street and a total remodel of a big hotel next door. Plus sand from the beach blows in and people do not clean up after their dogs on the sidewalk to the beach. Yuck. Many dogs in hotel shed hair that gets on your clothes. Parents hold infants in dirty clothes over the food in the breakfast room while filling their plates. No screens on windows."

"Our check-in process was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgable team members which was a great start to the stay. The room was fantastic, everything had been thought of (utensils, welcome pack with basic cleaning supplies, kitchen appliances). The pool was incredible, a little dated (a couple of interactive features did not work, and they did not turn on the water features until we were out and ready to leave), but such a relaxing change of pace to other family parks we have experiences. The outdoor pool area was welcomed by our two children too, being warmed too was an excellent addition. The on site shop has selected opening times, something to bear in mind if you’re relying on it for anything. The children’s area is superb, we could have spent everyday of our stay all day here! So overall, we’re very happy with our stay and already looking ahead to our return visit!"
