"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"The house was perfectly located a street back from the sea front. It was extremely well equipped and was very spacious. The weather was good and we managed to see the dolphins every day. New Quay was lovely and it has a good variety of shops and places to eat and drink. We enjoyed our stay."

"We as a family of 5 + a 3 yr old spent a delightful week at Penuwch Fach in July/August 2024. We were attending an interment and celebration of life nearby so the location was perfect. We were met by the owner and there was a welcome wine/biscuits plus tea and coffee. There is a Nespresso Gusto machine too plus a few pods :). "I asked for a quiet room, and they happily obliged, plus parking for my motorcycle which again was provided in their private (but small) car park. The car park was a bit difficult to find, but if you head towards the Premier Inn, it's dirctly opposite and is part of the Four Seasons hotel. Breakfast was vey good and filling. A few minutes walk to the centre and the sea front. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area. "
