The place is beautiful in the lobby but the room are super tiny and the phone didn’t work in the room. Other than that it was a great location close to everything!

It’s is exactly what you see in pictures, the room is small but enough space just to sleep :)

Despite some of the other negative reviews we read about staff being rude and dismissive, we did not encounter any of that. From check in to check out, everyone was very kind and accommodating. Our room was clean with great views and housekeeping made sure we always had fresh towels and our trash was taken out every day. Beware however there are no microwaves so don’t plan on being able to eat leftovers (or make popcorn or mac n cheese if you have little kids lol). Cannot beat the location though, right in the middle of Times Square. My only complaint is there are 2 restaurants (technically three if you count the very fancy rotating one on the top of the hotel The View) but the other two (Broadway Lounge and Revel & Rye) have the exact same menu so not really two restaurants in my opinion. Food was very ok and not very much variety. Also very expensive but honestly it’s expensive everywhere around there. Overall a great place and I would stay again.

The staff were helpful and very accommodating. The room could have been a little cleaner upon arrival (dusting and small details in bathroom... but I'm picky.) Nice atmosphere at the Amuse Bar. Food was good for a late night snack. We shared a cheese quesadilla and a cheesecake. Best location for a first timer.
