"Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and breakfast selection was good. Very easy on and off the highway so perfect location to stop for the night. Would definitely stay again."

"When I checked in my first room smelled bad. I told the front desk and they immediately upgraded me to a room on the other side of the hotel. That was very nice of them, and the new room smelled wonderful. Nice to have a refrigerator, and the room looked newly remodeled or built. There was really nothing to complain about."

"Hotel was very nice, staff was amazing (two Stephs are better than one) , ate at the restaurant food was good, room was good. Only issue was the bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood LITERALLY.. get new beds . "

"The breakfast was very disappointing. We've stayed at Hyatt Place's prior, and the breakfast was fine (and included with the stay). Breakfast was an add on charge for this hotel, so we were expecting something premium, and received less than we had from the other stays . Unseasoned potatoes, bland French toast sticks among others, make this a terrible added on charge. Also no one is checking to see if you have paid for breakfast, so you just feel ripped off."
