Discover this high-end family house, tastefully decorated and ideally located on the coast in Penmarc'h. Spread over two floors, it offers beautiful spaces with its 180 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 9 travellers in optimal comfort. The bedrooms are spacious and each has its own private bathroom. Outside, enjoy a space of over 300 m² with a enclosed garden, terrace and barbecue, perfect for breathing in the sea air. The ideal starting point for exploring the South Pays Bigouden, just a few minutes from the surf beaches of Pors Carn and La Torche.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a beautiful and spacious modern living room. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, gas hobs, dishwasher) and offers you everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the dining table or on the terrace in summer. In the evening, gather in the living area, comfortably seated on the sofas facing the television.
