You will find yourself in an independent, comfortable and lively boutique apartment in Peñíscola. It will be the best choice both if you want to visit a wonderful Mediterranean town, beaches, castles, hiking routes... and if you want to telework, as we have superior fiber optic WiFi. Ideal for solo travelers as well.
The space This boutique apartment is within the walls, a most picturesque and authentic area of the city and is famous for being considered one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean. You'll stay within the walls of what was Meereen in the popular Game of Thrones series. This elegant and quiet boutique apartment, very centrally located (soundproofed), occupies the ground floor of a typical Mediterranean house, recently and carefully restored. It stands out for its comfort, as you won't need to lift a finger.
The 35 m² boutique apartment, with a maximum capacity of 2 guests, features the following spaces: - Bedroom area with a large Queen bed (150 x 200 cm) to ensure the best lighting, LED lights, blackout blinds, and direct access to the outdoor patio. It also has a flat-screen TV. The space includes 2 small tables, 2 reading lamps, and an open wardrobe. We offer complimentary bedding and 2 towels (bath and hand towels) per guest. -Interior patio with table and chairs to enjoy the space. - Equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, toaster, kettle...) and kitchen utensils. It has basic condiments for cooking, as well as tea, complimentary jams and infusions. It also has kitchen paper, tray, detergent and mop to wash dishes, thus avoiding the inconvenience and cost of making this basic purchase. - Dining area with table and comfortable seats. - Shower plate and screen bathroom chamber. It is to provide toiletries, such as hair gel, shampoo, conditioner, mans hair and hair dryer.
We offer high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected or work remotely without interruption. The boutique apartment features a high-quality ducted air conditioning system (5000 BTU) in all rooms and heating, guaranteeing a comfortable stay in both winter and summer. We are eco-friendly accommodation because we love nature. We obtain our electricity from solar panels, avoid single-use plastics, and separate our waste, among other measures.
Guest Access The house boasts a spectacular rooftop terrace, a chill-out area with fantastic views of the sea, fishing port, beaches, and the Sierra de Irta Natural Park. To access it, you must go up to the terrace (stairs). We provide outdoor furniture, including a table and chairs for private use, so you can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the Mediterranean or the fishing boats entering the port. The rooftop also houses the laundry area, equipped with everything you need to wash and dry your clothes, including a clothesline. Everything you need for laundry will always be available to you completely free of charge. All our boutique apartments in Peñíscola have an iron and ironing board.
Other points to note: There is no parking within the walled area, as it is a pedestrian zone. Therefore, if you are traveling by car, you will need to park at the foot of the walls, a very close area, just a few steps from the house. There is free public parking at the fishing port year-round. In the low season, blue zone parking is free, but in the high season, there is paid parking (affordable prices and weekly discount passes). The advantage of staying at my house is that, once settled in, you won't need to move your car, as we are right in the center. If you have a lot of heavy luggage or mobility difficulties, we will arrange for your car to access the house for loading and unloading. For this, we will need your license plate number 72 hours in advance. It is essential to complete the guest registration form before accessing the accommodation, as required by current legislation.
The access code to obtain the keys (key box on the door) will be provided once the registration form is completed and the accommodation is ready for the arrival of the new guests, i.e., always on the day of arrival.
