  • Fully renovated and furnished apartment in Peñíscola located 20 meters from the beach. It is located in front of the pedestrian promenade and from the terrace you have wonderful views of the sea. There are also beach views from the rest of the rooms.
    The apartment is located in a quiet area but close to shops and restaurants.

Nice apartment directly at the beach

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It has everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the small pools. Maybe the bathroom/shower could need a renovation. Should we come back to Peniscola we will definately consider this apartment again.

Great location

Great location right next to beach with the added bonus of a pool. Pictures are a little misleading as the property was not quite as ‘new’ as photos suggest and there were issues such as a large broken tile in the main bedroom. Kitchen not very well equipped and shower could do with a refresh. Checkin and out was a little difficult as it relied on meeting another person to hand over keys despite having a key safe by the door

Great location and thoroughly enjoyed our 9 days in Peniscola. Friendly hosts and apartment has everything you would need. Easy walk to castle and numerous excellent restaurants along the way. National Park de la Sierra d’Irta a short drive away with numerous walking and biking trails from easy to bit more challenging. If you want a beach holiday a great location. Will visit again.

Very nice apartment close to the beach

The apartment is located in a beautiful small complex with a garden and swimmingpools, and is fully furnished and well-decorated with all modern conveniences. There is also a private parking space. The apartment is also cleaned on a weekly basis. The service from the owner is very good. A good location right on the beach and restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance. We will definitely come back again.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans l'appartement , très propre et fonctionnel . La résidence est petite par rapport aux autres de Peniscola ce qui est mieux . Les + : Bel appartement moderne Très bien équipé Accès plage surveillé et propre idéal Proximité avec un supermarché à pied Les - : Très bruyant en août à cause de la proximité des voisins en haut sur les côtes et en bas Route circulante très bruyante Vis à vis important avec les voisins Piscine beucoup trop petite pour le nombre de résidents Dans l'ensemble c était un très bon séjour .

Attention car il est annoncé 2 salles de bains, il n'y en a qu'une, la seconde est un wc avec lave mains, nous louons depuis 7 ans à Péniscola, et il y avait bien 2 salles d'eau avec 2 douches dans tous les appartements ainsi que 2 wc. Soleil et pieds dans l'eau

Tout était parfait, la propreté de l'appartement à notre arrivée, la gentillesse et le bon accueil de la dame qui nous a remis les clés, la proximité de la plage comme décrit, l'entrée fleurie de la résidence intimiste et la douceur du soleil couchant sur la terrasse. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Un seul petit bémol, le manque de matériel en cuisine pour préparer nos repas .

Top Lage für Rennradtouren...

Alles war perfekt....nur mit dem Wetter hatten wir Pech. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt und das bergige Hinterland ist ideal für Rennradtouren. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
