Nice and clean, friendly staff

This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage.

Not very confortable, too big to manage with kindn

Too many rules (I bet necessary in such a big hotel), but timetables shouldn’t be more important than guests. Food is really good, they should inform that you have to book in advance for thematic restaurants, because there are long queues for that and use to be all full… apart yes not very comfortable, little cabinets, little rooms….

Relacion precio buena, atencion mejorable
