Large residential area located at the foot of the Sierra de Irta, ideal for hiking and cycling with the family. It is located 1000 m from the sea and small gravel coves. In the southern area of Peñíscola, 4 km from the city centre and the fine sandy beach.COMPOSITION:
Set of apartment blocks of different types with living-dining room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom (some with double bed, others with two singles), kitchen with American bar, full bathroom and terrace. All with washing machine and TV. They do not have Wi-Fi or air conditioningAMENITIES:
Adult/children's swimming pool, corresponding to each building (OPEN FROM 15/06-15/09, subject to modification by the community of neighbours of the building). There is a small Sports Club with tennis and squash courts (direct payment at the restaurant of the Urbanization). From June to September, mini-bus line with a trip to the town centreINCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
