This modern and comfortable holiday chalet is located in a quiet residential area, just a few steps from the shops in Peñiscola, a varied and popular holiday destination for tourists at any time of year.



The house offers fantastic views and the outdoor pool can be used all year round. The facilities make it a particularly pleasant holiday home for up to 6 people and families.

In the basement of the house you will find a laundry room and the enormous garage for up to 3 vehicles. On the ground floor you will find the living and dining room with air conditioning (hot and cold) and fireplace, 2 bedrooms, the kitchen and a bathroom. You also have access to the terrace and garden from this floor. On the upper floor is the fantastic suite with its own bathroom and terrace, which is ideal for a couple.



Peñiscola is a beautiful medieval town on the Mediterranean and, in addition to its beautiful town centre, offers fantastic, fine sandy beaches and excellent gastronomy. A visit to the fiestas from 7-15 September is highly recommended, ideal for getting to know the traditions and culture of the town.

Trés mauvaise surprise sur l'emplacement . Piscine partagée avec tout un lotissement. A la place du lave vaisselle il y avait un lave linge donc vaisselle à la main.Manque de vaisselle, nous avons été obligé d'acheter des verres à vins, pas de plat pour le four, poubelle de cuisine cassée, manqua

Grundinstandsetzung erforderlich!

Leider sind viele Sachen in dem Haus kaputt - die Schaukel, Schränke, das Waschbecken mit großen Rissen. Der Garten war sehr ungepflegt und alles recht „verwohnt“. Alles leider nicht in der guten Verfassung wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Das Haus braucht definitiv mehr liebe und Zuwendung. Abgesehen davon mal eine ausgiebige Grundreinigung. Leider gab es auch tagsüber auf keiner Terrasse Sonne, was natürlich schade ist. Als wir uns darauf hin im hinteren Teil des Gartens mit zwei Liegen in die Sonne legen wollten, mussten wir leider feststellen, dass auch davon eine kaputt war. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis steht nicht ansatzweise in einer Waage. Für JEDEN Tag wird ein ziemlich hoher Betrag anStrom berechnet. Dazu haben wir uns lediglich für ein Doppelbett Wäsche geliehen, allerdings den vollen Preis für 6 Personen Bettwäsche PLUS Handtücher bezahlt. Die Gebühr für die Reinigung ist tendenziell ok aber leider an der Sauberkeit des Hauses nicht zu erkennen. Die Besitzerin des Hauses war sehr nett.

Lamentable

Es una pena haber echo 500km para una estancia pésima . La electricidad saltaba constantemente no pudimos ni poner la calefacción ni tampoco ducharnos las 4 personas porque el agua caliente no llegaba . En fin LAMENTABLE
