quiet place near beach

Great place just a block from the beach and restaurants. Short drive to downtown Peniche. The place is clean and quiet. Water pressure was excellent. Kitchen had everything we needed. Minor issue with fridge while there and the owner responded immediately. Would highly recommend

A week in paradise

Returning every year is always amazing. The peninsula of Peniche is so amazing that we always find new places and delicatessen to eat and enjoy. Highly recommended

We specifically booked this apartment (between the 2 they had available) because on their booking room option details it clearly states "Deluxe Apartment, 2 Bedrooms, Balcony, Beachside" 84 sq m, 2 bedrooms, Beach view, Sleeps 6. The only things you are houses and buildings, NO WATER/BEACH whatsoever. That was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, I mentioned it, and the gentleman said "both apartments are the same and maybe the translation is incorrect. Unfortunately, on our first night using a pot to warm up food, after serving and eating our food, we found chemicals (might be dish washer capsule remains) on the lid and on the pot where the lid closes the pot:( That was very upsetting as we also were traveling with our kids. There needs to be attention to these things. Other than that, the apartment is well equipped and spacious, and apart from the above mentioned, we had a pleasant stay.

The apartment is spacious, clean and modern. Short distance walk to Consolacao beach. A bit further to walk to Supertubos but it's still doable. Much appreciated the welcoming provisions of teas, coffee and biscuit just what we needed on arrival. Thank you Surf and Stone.
