"Very nice house with large comfortable rooms. The pool is great with a huge green lawn arround it. The fact that the owners live underneath is no problem at all - one is completly seperated with no interference at all. Great barbecue- very nice evenings on the balcony. Santa Cruz with its lovely beaches is very near… Communication and care by Liliana was excelent. Highly recommendable!! Thanks Jens and Family"

"Lovely house, lagoon area has breeze even at height of summer in August. Good base, Obidos, 20 mins away, is a medieval town with very impressive castle. Beautiful buildings with local artists selling paintings and prints, plenty of good restaurants. Lisbon is an hour away. A car is essential to get around, as the house is situated up a forested hill above lagoon. Excellent walks and runs around the lagoon, which is only 15 mins away by foot. Lots of activities available, we opted for kayaks...

"The apartment was perfect. 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Nice pool, beach towels and sun loungers also supplied. Basic supplies in cupboard and fridge to help. Plenty of crockery, glasses, great pots and pans and sharp knives. Unfortunately both corkscrews were broken but bottle opener worked for beers. Walking distance to beach and shops with a good choice of bars, restaurants and cafes. Off road parking for car also useful. Would definitely return. Victor was also very quick and helpful in...

"The property is clean and big. However, missing little comforts that one expects. The mattresses were extremely hard.They were not even regular hotel quality. The beds are only full size. Not enough space for two adults to share. I would say property sleeps four adults. The property advertises pool, but there is no extra towels. The property advertises laundry facility but does not provide detergent. Of course there were a ton of cleaning agents for countertops etc. There was not even little...
