The hotel staff were brilliant, service was good. A couple of points to note which were not deal breakers but perhaps can be improved. The door to our room was too short and noise insulation was bad. We can hear our neighbours coming back in the middle of the night and doors slamming. Phone in our room wasn't working very well. Sofas in the apartment for breakfast and drinks were not most comfy. This place is so cute! Definitely adds vibes to your trip and everyone on the property was super friendly - flexible with me being early to check in and letting me hang by the pool a little after check out. Would definitely recommend / book next time I’m in LA.
