O quarto era limpo e cheiroso. A cama gostosa e oa travesseiros confortáveis. Não havia lugar para pendurar toalhas no quarto. A pequena porta do apto dava para um cubículo de um metro quadrado de paredes por todos os lados. A area das piscinas e brinquedos é deliciosa mas insuficiente para a quantidade de hóspedes. Informei com antecedência das nossas restrições alimentares e o moço que nos atendeu no café da manhã foi super rude quando perguntei dos alimentos disponíveis sem glúten e sem proteína do leite (o pessoal da outra pousada que custou a metade do preço foi super receptivo). Antes da reserva perguntei se poderíamos liberar o quarto, curtir as piscinas e depois tomar banho e eles informaram que sim. Ao sair, descobri que não havia chuveiro para banho, somente a ducha gelada da piscina. O banheiro feminino da piscina esteve asqueroso nos três dias que passei lá. A piscina aquecida tbm ficou dois dias verdes. Somente no terceiro ela tinha cor e cheiro agradáveis.

Amamos a pousada, foi uma semana maravilhosa, meu filhos se divertirão muito, todos desde a recepção, pessoal do restaurante e da limpeza foram muito atenciosos e gentis, tudo muito limpinho e organizado, no café da manhã tem bastante opções, o jantar é a parte, tem bastante opções também, tudo muito gostoso, a pousada está passando por reformas, vai ficar ainda mais aconchegante, só o estacionamento que é pequeno, mas não interfere na qualidade da pousada, ela está localizada em uma ótima região, tem de tudo por perto, com certeza voltaremos.

Pousada excelente, bem localizada, limpa e com equipe cordial. Piscina aquecida, parquinho e brinquedoteca fizeram toda a diferença com meu filho de 3 anos. Ainda tem um restaurante que funciona também pra almoço e janta, o que foi ótimo, principalmente para o meu pequeno que adora comidinha caseira. Voltarei no próximo ano e, dessa vez, vou levar a família toda pra pousada.

O hotel oferece bom café da manhã e estrutura para crianças com brinquedoteca, parquinho, duas piscinas e uma copa que ajuda para esquentar leite, mas falta cordialidade dos funcionários (exceto da Naiana que eh ótima) e a limpeza eh mto ruim, achando montes de sujeira nos cantos das portas e paredes. Eles dizem possuir três estacionamentos, mas dois são fora do hotel e um deles sequer tem portão, ou seja, são vagas expostas na rua para qualquer um mexer nos carros.

A pousada oferece boas opcoes de lazer como brinquedoteca fechada, brinquedao, sinuca, piscinas... Mas infelizmente pegamos dias de obra com mto barulho, materiais sendo jogados do andar de cima... Se tivessem nos informado q estaria nessa condicao nao nos hospedariamos, o quarto q ficamos era confortavel mas o banheiro ruim pra sentar, as pernas ja batem na parede isso pq tenho 1.53, teria q ser um vaso menor ou um banheiro maior. Cafe com boas opcoes, pessoal da limpeza esta sempre Pela pousada sempre deixando tudo o mais asseado possivel, isso eh um grande ponto positivo

Ótima pousada, ambiente bonito, confortável e seguro. Piscina aquecida e play para as crianças. Próximo ao Beto Carrero e ainda com serviço de leva e trás R$20 por família, ótimo custo pensando que embora a caminhada era curta, mas com crianças o deslocamento de carro sempre é mais fácil. Recomendo muito

Tudo maravilhoso, mas gostaria de ressaltar alguns pontos para melhoria: a água da piscina estava turva na maior parte dos dias, foram arrumar só perto do final de semana. Para trancar a porta do quarto tem que tirar a chave da luz, de forma que o quarto fica todo sem energia enquanto você tenta abrir a porta no escuro (poderiam colocar uma trança automática). A porta do banheiro era antiga, enguiçada e não trancava. E a pousada não tem elevador, importante saber disso. Ademais aparentemente foi mudada recentemente a política de cobrança de refeições para crianças de 2 ou 3 anos, de forma que nos disseram que nosso filho de 2 anos não pagava a refeição, mas em uma das noites a atendente quis cobrar alegando que ele pagaria, causando certo constrangimento.
