Guests can use Uber or Lyft easily, but a rental car is best for groups planning to visit multiple beaches, explore both Miami and Fort Lauderdale, or travel with beach gear, luggage, or kids.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, driveway parking, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grill, fireplace, game room, and outdoor amenities.

Important Notes

No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning, odor removal, duct cleaning, or furniture cleaning fees.

No parties or events are allowed. Gatherings of more than 16 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not permitted. Excessive noise violations may result in termination of the stay, and guests are responsible for any damages.

Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $250 fee.

Pool service is typically completed twice per week, usually Tuesday and Friday mornings. Landscaping service is typically completed once per week, usually Wednesday or Thursday mornings.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool and jacuzzi at their own risk. No diving and no glass are permitted in or near the pool.

Florida is a subtropical climate, and while the property is routinely treated for pests, occasional bugs or small critters may be seen. Please keep doors closed to help prevent them from entering the home.

Please do not flush baby wipes, cleaning wipes, hygiene products, trash, or any other items that may clog the plumbing.

Daily cleaning is available by request for an additional charge.

Security and Monitoring
The home has exterior security cameras for safety, including a Ring doorbell facing the street, a driveway camera, and cameras facing the alley and street. Cameras are exterior only and do not face bedrooms, bathrooms, private areas, inside the home, or backyard amenities.

The home is equipped with a noise monitoring system that measures decibel levels only. It does not record audio or video. The home also has an occupancy monitoring device to help ensure the property is used according to the reservation and house rules.

After the 10th guest, an extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies.
