"Worst hotel and rudest customer service in 25 years We were wrongfully charged for meals for an extra guest ! The hotel at Pelling said they couldn’t do anything abt it. So I called and emailed the Elgin main customer service at Kolkata couple of times. They were extremely rude, and hung up on me the first time, just after 3 minutes. I called hotels.com requesting a refund of the extra charges. Hotels.com agreed with us but the Elgin (Ms. Sonali) denied us any refund. I emailed the Elgin but...
