Resort was great! Pretty quiet considering it was school holidays. Great pool and pool service. Good food from the restaurant was delicious with big portions.

Skinny room with good size balcony with view. Bed was super soft. Fixtures (light switches, bathroom sink, cupboard doors) were broken, crack or dislodged. My suspicion is original room since the resort opened, and is due for minor room renovations and update of in-room facilities. No USB switches (ensure you bring own plug). Important note for disable or elderly, there is high floor ridge into bath/shower and to the balcony. *Only stayed one night and did not use hotel facilities.

Our 3 weeks were really enjoyable except for the rain. Plenty of options. Away from the busy areas but able to drive. Sunshine Coast is excellent place to stay. We will definitely revisit Pelican Waters Resort and play golf again on a very good course. Great staff in particular the house serving and bar/restaurant areas. This was our second stay here

The only thing I would complain about is that the tables are set with spoon and a fork. They don't bring a knife out or cutlery with any of the meals. The cutlery is kept behind a barrier that you have to crawl under to access

There was a few beautiful staff. Check in and out was easy and quick. Room very dusty under bed, rubbish under balcony furniture, lots of cobwebs on ceiling, dried crusty food on table in room, ants everywhere found they were coming out of toaster. Restaurant experience was not good at all. Unfortunately, there was 1 lovely girl but she was just very inexperienced and entrees, meal and drinks were all wrong although I mostly blame kitchen staff and bar staff. Sprained a toe on a step that really should have a caution sign. I think this property has seen its “hey day” some time ago

It was filthy. dusty, mouldy. Disgusting old, saggy beds. Bathroom like a sauna as fan made noise but didnt work. fridge unclean. No service to room, we were there 3days. Dirty cutlery. which was dependant on previous people to clean. Drain in shower slow to drain.. No chef in restaurant, children cooked breakfast. i lobby empty glasses sat for hours.

When we arrived there was no internet or Foxtel. Staff were aware of this before we checked in, however, failed to tell us. After a number of hours of mucking around we were told we had to wait till the next day. On the next day staff told us someone would be there that morning. When we checked again later that day they said it would be a few more hours. Again they could not garentee it would be fixed. As we needed to work we couldnt take the risk and went back to our previuos apartment. No offer of a discount and we had to demand a refund for the remaining nights. Terrible service and we will be seeking compensation for our first night. Their staff seem very imature and uninformed.

The bed was in need of a new mattress. The bed was broken. I should have complained sooner but the lobby was closed at 4pm and we were out most days. Sleeping was miserable.

The place was a decent size for the price per night. The pools were a good size for busy times. Only thing I can fault is the aircon not working the best and no spa. Otherwise, very good.

Room is shabby old and needs attention , room was dirty walls dirty , shower head filthy and lamps covered in dust , I’d avoid the place if your thinking resort very disappointing much nicer places in Caloundra.

Good service from the senior staff especially at the front desk, junior staff however very hit and miss especially around the cafe near the lobby a few of them seem disinterested and dont want to particulary be there it would seem this needs to improve especially with the pricing on basic food such as rolls and sandwiches i dont mind paying overs but the service from junior staff needs to improve.

The only dinner you can get is pizza. The staff in the restaurant are quite standoffish, and not friendly. Room was dusty and smelly. Iron had broken cord, quite dangerous. Bed had stained pillow cases. Miles away from anywhere. Not a good experience at all.

The rooms were very nice, clean, spacious and mine had a nice balcony with a good view of the gold course, pools. The place was quiet, staff were attentive and great to deal with. Its situated on a gold course which was closed at the time I visited. Theres a Gym, the usual cafe, coffee shop and everything is well maintained, modern, airy clean and neat. The only drawback, which would probably not worry some is its somewhat isolated from services such a shops and restaurants. The restaurant was only doing pizzas at night. All OK as long as you have transport and dont mind a 10 minutes drive to locate other eating options.
