"Our hosts were most hospitable and helpful, especially when we made an error on the door code and they came to help us get in. (It was totally our fault.) They provided coffee and snacks and the kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was very comfortable and it was perfect for a short getaway. We had three adults and the house could have accommodated more quite comfortably."

"This place is magnificent. We were here for a wedding in Vero Beach for the weekend and so happy that we stayed here and not some boring motel. This place has unbelievable character and one of the most wild art collection you’ll ever see in a vacation rental. You can walk to the beach in about three minutes. The house has everything you could possibly think of and the owners are super easy to communicate with. Truly, a unique experience."

"The cottage suited our needs perfectly. We were able to host Easter dinner with family traveling in from Tampa. The weather was not cooperative, so we spent more time indoors than usual. The open floor plan was great to have visitors and yet we never felt crowded. I would definitely stay here again."

"House smelled horrible, permeated from the center bathroom. Outside garbage hadn’t been picked up in weeks and smelled rancid. Pool deck stained from dripping vegetation from the pool screen that is green from mildew. Very disappointed."

"We enjoyed our time at the Hideaway Beach house! This was our first time staying on the treasure coast, so we weren’t sure what to expect as far as location. The house itself is in a great area for outdoor enthusiasts, sitting in between Pelican Island Wildlife Refuge and Sebastian Inlet State Park, there were plenty of quiet places to explore and wildlife to see! The lagoon directly across the road has a small beach access to launch a kayak or board, and we saw manatees, dolphins, and river otters right there in the cove. It is across A1A, so there is a decent amount of traffic that goes by….sometimes you had to hustle across with the kayak! The kayaks provided were ok - they are both tandem kayaks and are heavy! The Atlantic side beach was very private. Most of the time the closest people were 1/4 mile away, which was great for privacy! We had some bad luck with seaweed deposits while we were there, but you can’t control the weather or the tides! The house itself was nice. There are a few things that could use some updating (shower heads and faucets in the master bathroom for example), and we did wish there was either some additional entertainment like a pool table or arcades of some sort for those indoor rainy days, but the views were perfect from the crows nest and made up for it! We even got to see the Artemis II launch from the top of the house, which was pretty awesome! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great communication from the host!! "
