"We loved this motel and will definitely return. Positives: very friendly and helpful staff; excellent (included) healthy breakfast; (included) daily housekeeping; excellent central location for hiking and for walking into town for restaurants and shops; plenty of outlets for charging devices; good lighting for reading in bed and overall; k-cup coffee machine in room; quiet. And all this for a very competitive price, a great value. "

"We really enjoyed the layout of the property and proximity to MASS MOCA. Hotel was a little loud due to the rooms being in a older houses with wood floors, so we were up a bit earlier than we hoped. Overall we had a nice one night stay. "

Really solid breakfast with friendly and attentive wait staff. Only minor complaint is that the WiFi is not great. Other than that it was a perfect stay."

"This place is absolutely amazing and we couldn’t be happier that we found it. We will be back for sure. The cabins are so clean and up to date with amenities. Everything is just amazing and there isn’t anything out there like this that we have to ever seen. The whole entire place is welcoming, peaceful and quiet."

"The breakfast buffet was very good with great variety. I also liked pots of hot coffee in the lobby available all day. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Perhaps it was because my room could be an adjoining room, but we could hear everything next door. Our neighbor called to complain about our tv volume, so I guess they could hear everything also."

"We had 11 hotels in New England in our itinerary and this was my favourite. The attention to detail was unmatched the little key fobs on the room keys the quill for signing the visitors book the whole place had so many quirky details. Beautiful room and gorgeous bathroom with stone wall I shower. Sadly we missed the restaurant which only opens Friday and Saturday but there are lots of eateries at the bottom of the hill."
