Great Stay

The property was beautiful; it was like a home away from home & perfect for our stay. Everyone had their own space. And, the location was so convenient for us as we were spending Thanksgiving with family that lives close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed

4 adults in town for an event. Comfortable beds, nice appliances, good location, quiet area, easy check in, very responsive and accommodating Host.Kitchen was lacking dish towels (paper towels were provided) but otherwise we had all we needed and were very happy.

Good family fit

We traveled to Birmingham to visit family for Christmas, but wanted our own place to stay. This home worked out very well for us and was ideally situated near lots of places to eat and the family we were there to visit. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and we had plenty of room. You do need to know the driveway is a bit tight if you have more than two cars. Would stay here again.

This house was absolutely perfect for my trip. The location, being right outside the park, is fantastic. Everything is within a 15 minute drive. The house itself is setup wonderfully. The bed was comfortable, it was super clean and nice. The AC worked great. The TVs were all comparable with “AirPlay” so as long as you have Hulu, Max, Netflix, etc on your phone or tablet, you could watch your shows on any TV with AirPlay. Overall I thought this place was amazing and I really look forward to coming back. 10/10 recommend this place

Enjoyed our stay!

Location was perfect. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. My only complaint is that it has definitely been smoked in. I had to open the windows and leave them open. I had to wash our clothes when we got home because it had the smell from the condo. I would not stay there again because I am very sensitive to smoke.

Great family stay

Perfect place for my family to stay for baseball tournament at Hoover Met. Not too far away and plenty of grocery/restaurant options nearby. We appreciated the extra plugs at each bed and extra items for laundry etc. The couch was plenty big for seating for everyone. The only suggestions I have are more towels, wash cloths so we didn’t have to re-wash every day and a TV in the bedroom where two twins are located. That’s where my boys slept and brought their PS5 and could not hookup in their room to play in our down time. Other than that, we really enjoyed our time here.

Great for Us!

We were in town for the SEC tournament in Hoover. This property provided a great place to stay for my family of 6. (Better than multiple hotel rooms.) It was very clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, also. I love that detergent was provided for the towels and dish tab for the dishes. My only suggestions for improvements would be to increase the number of washcloths/towels and possibly deep clean the carpets as it appeared there was a type of residual powder left behind. Thank you for having us!

Firefighter Challenge

The property was exceptionally clean and neat! Beds were very comfortable. The only complaint we have is the description didn’t say all bedrooms were upstairs. This created a minor problem with my husband’s age and knee issues but I wouldn’t change the rating because of that. Please add it to your listing for future reference.

Comfortable, Quiet, Perfect Size and Location

We really liked this town house for our first stay in the Birmingham area. We were there visiting our daughter and son-in-law and needed a decent-sized place to stay that was close by and allowed dogs. It was perfect! The house was spacious, comfortable, quiet, had a well-stocked kitchen, several bathrooms with lots of towels, cozy bedrooms, and t.v.'s in every room. (Just a little note on the floors... I took 1 star off on the cleanliness because even though the main floor looked swept and clean, our feet still got dirty from walking around, and the carpets going up the stairs and in the upper level were stained. We figured it's probably hard to keep up with since dogs are allowed to stay there also. We just ended up wearing socks or slip-on shoes especially on the main level). During our stay, we went hiking at a couple parks, enjoyed take-outs from some local restaurants, celebrated our daughter's birthday, and went shopping at the local mall. Our son and son-in-law even squeezed in a trip to Tuscaloosa to see Alabama vs. Western Kentucky. We had a great time and look forward to returning to the Birmingham area!
