"We had an absolutely incredible stay at Viesca. The setting is beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Concetta welcomed us and kindly showed us around, talked us through the facilities... The pool is lovely, and it was great to be able to play tennis as well. We did not try any of the spa treatments, but there was a really good selection available. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The only negative thing we have to say about it/Viesca is that...

"Le Lappe is the perfect escape in the stunning Chianti. Suites are equipped with fireplace and hot tub, furbished in cozy and warming country style. "The property was located right at a scenic hillside and between vineyard & winery. Late check-in after 8 pm wasn't possible, maybe because it is like a family run property. Friendly staff"

"We had an amazing time at Castello di Volpaia, it is truly a hidden gem. Out of all our travels in Europe, this was our favourite stay, it was remote in the beautiful tuscany wine region and we had amazing wine. The food is also amazing at the restaurants, some of the best we had in Italy. I cannot recomend this place enough. What made our stay the best was the staff, they treated us like family and made sure we were taken care of: Lorenzo and Asif were the best!"

"This is the only hotel I have decided to review based on 3 weeks of family trip. Outstanding attention to detail and extremely customer centric staff. Rooms are very well equipped and clean (toothbrush,toothpaste and all). The bed was extremely comfortable. The view was breathtaking, especially at sunset (I myself Italian and I’m used to great views, and this was one of the best). Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Particular thanks to Ms Consuelo which took good care of my wife...
