The hotel is very nice and is situated on a hill, offering a great view of the city. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. The gym was well equipped, and the instructor was outstanding. I got there and was told they didn’t receive my booking from Expedia and also the hotel is fully booked. I haven’t received any refund yet but this is not right coming all the way just to be stranded and loosing extra money
