"Non-smoking rooms reeked the smell of smoke when the AC is turned on.
The cleanliness of bed and pillow sheets were also not up to standards.

"Room is dirty (the floor, the sheets, the pillow, yellow running water). We booked a room through Expedia for 2 nights stay. Somehow when we arrive at 9pm for check-in, we were told that our reservation was cancelled was cancelled by us at 5pm that day and was not given any explanation,we had no choice but to rebook over the counter at TRIPLE the price we original had to pay.
