"Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos und zeitlich unabhängig. Die Unterkunft war angenehm ruhig. Einziges Manko, daher auch nur 4 von 5 Sternen: Die Heizung war nicht an. Im Winter ist es nicht angenehm, in eine kalte Wohnung zu kommen. Bis auf das Badezimmer wurde es auch bis zur Abreise - 1 Übernachtung - in der Wohnung nicht mehr warm. Das fanden wir schade. "

"We only spent one night here as we’re visiting Leipzig for a football match, at the Red Bull arena, so didn’t use the kitchen facilities. Appartment ROSI is a short walk from the SBahn 3 train service, a short 25 minute ride into Central Leipzig As well as a bus stop, and a tram stop not far away. "I’m giving this property 5 stars because it delivered exactly what it promised. This is a budget hotel, and it exceeded our expectations for that category. The room was comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. If you're expecting the amenities and luxury of an upscale hotel, this isn't that—and it doesn't claim to be. My rating reflects how well it met its own goals, not how it compares to high-end properties. For an affordable, well-located, comfortable place to stay, it was an excellent choice, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"Large room, small but functional kitchen. The hotel is walking distance from the train station; and right next to the main city mall and tram stop and had a great view of opera house and the University . We enjoyed it. The only issue is that the windows can not be opened, so we had to use the air conditioning even when sleeping."
