"Our stay at The Newel Psychiko was excellent from start to finish. The check-in experience was truly the best I’ve ever had. Jo greeted us with a warm smile and immediately made us feel welcome. She even went up to the room herself to make sure everything was in perfect condition, then personally escorted us and gave us a quick tour of the room. That level of care and attention really stood out. The breakfast buffet was very good as well, with fresh fruit and plenty of options to start the day right. "When we arrive. The staff was awesome. Help us the luggage they had one room available that we could get and put our stuff into who we came back that night. They were just all friendly. We wanted to get a drink and the gentleman at the reception desk sent us over to the bar. A lady came in and she did everything for us and brought it up to our room. It was a wonderful experience."
