Very large, beautiful, luxurious villa "Da Vinci", 2 storeys. In the district of MONTEPEGO, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 8 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large terraced garden, pond, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, depth 90 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Boules. Steep motor access. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 9 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 3 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Magnifiques vacances

Cette villa est superbe, décorée avec goût et très spacieuse pour les grandes familles. Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. Tout est pensé pour s’y détendre et se relaxer. Le seul bémol que l’on puisse trouver, c’est que la description de la maison devrait être plus complète ce qui éviterait de venir avec des choses qui finalement se trouvaient dans la maison. Exemple, il y avait des boules de pétanque, plus de transats que la description… du coup les nôtres sont restés dans la voiture.

Villa con mucho encanto

Una villa muy amplia y con mucho encanto, preciosas vistas. El menaje estaba un poco sucio y faltaban cuchillos en buen estado. Un poco incómodo el tener dos dormitorios en el piso de abajo. Por lo demás, genial, una casa increíble. La agencia nos puso una cama supletoria en solo 2 horas, ya que no había sofá cama en el hall de la estancia de abajo.

Very beautiful and family friendly villa!

We stayed for one week at Villa da Vinci and we liked it a lot. The house is nice for big families with children. Everything works very well! Location of the villa is good and the views are amazing. I hope we will return to this beautiful house some day!
