Private: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 5.7 km, shopping centre 9.5 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop 6.3 km, sandy beach "Les Marines" 7 km. Sports harbour 16 km, marina 16 km, surf school 16 km, sailing school 16 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Los Delfines", 3-room house 100 m2. Spacious, very simple and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, hi-fi system, DVD, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double fold-away bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Tassimo) extra). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Floor heating. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous view of the sea, the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking.
