For shared use: garden (not fenced) with lawn. 50 m footpath to the house. Public parking 50 m on the road. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 7 km, restaurant, bar 220 m, bus stop "c118" 170 m, ferry "Menaggio" 22 km, sandy beach "Serenella", grass beach "Lido di Gravedona". Marina 6.5 km, surf school 6.7 km, sailing school 6.7 km. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Chiesa di Sant’Eusebio, Chiesa Santa Maria del Tiglio, Lake Como Adventure Park, Menaggio, Bellagio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Alpe Paregna / Monte la Motta, Livo-Crotto Dangri, Capanna Como, Via dei Monti Lariani, Monte Bodone. Please note: car recommended.
