We stayed for two weeks and had a late flight home, Lisa allowed us to have a late check out and booked our taxi to and from airport which is much appreciated!There was a welcome pack upon arrival which was a lovely touch. "As 2 couples we had the most enjoyable stay at what is a very well equipped and spacious villa. There are two great restaurants within walking distance. A car is recommended (or use of the local bus service) to visit the local super market and surrounding area and attractions. Peter proved to be an excellent host with timely communications, help and advice. We highly recommend the villa to friends and family, and already looking at potential dates to book in 2026."

"Wow, fantastic facility & hope to return in the future! All staff are so nice, the evening music were entertaining, pool area has many seating options, and the view from the rooms is simply magical! "We had a wonderful stay at this villa as a couple with four teenagers!Firstly, the communication with the host was exceptionally good. From the booking, and throughout our stay, Marina was the perfect host. She also gave us excellent suggestions for transfers, restaurants and things to do during our holiday.We arrived late at night and there were a few thoughtful items in the fridge to tide us over before we could venture out to the supermarket (5 minutes walk) to stock up on supplies.The villa itself is very spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you may need for an enjoyable stay. The bedrooms suited our party, with a double en suite for us, and two twin rooms for the four teenagers. The Aircon was efficient in all areas of the villa.The pool was clean and some inflatables were provided. It was very helpful to have pool and beach towels provided, as well as bathroom towels.We tended to take a walk to the café on the beach (5 minutes) for breakfast, lunch in the villa, and go to a restaurant at night. There are some fabulous places to eat nearby, with many of the more commercial places on the Coral Bay Strip a short walk away. The location was brilliant for us. The teens were able to easily explore independently by catching the regular bus into Paphos. One day we visited the waterpark. A must do with four energetic teens!We loved the area, and plan to be back soon.Many thanks to Marina for hosting us!"

"10/10 Great Villa , Great views We found the Villa without issue from the instructions provided it’s at the end of a cul de sac no road noise just the sound of the waves 24/7.The Villa was great it was alarmed with electronic shutters on the windows for extra security when we weren’t in with a safe in 1 of the bedrooms, there’s off street parking for 3 cars.There’s a down stairs bedroom and 2 upstairs all with individual remote controlled A/C units with a further unit downstairs in the lounge The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, oven , hob washing machine and dish washer so ideal for our stay and needs Once your outside that’s what you have come for , the view and setting is to die for well worth it, you can never get used to the sounds and the view.Felix and Lisa were easily contactable if needed and even had local discounts for restaurants and activities so well worth asking about When we were there the pool was like bath water and well maintained, the pool man was great to speak to, really knew his stuff and took pride in his work The strip is only 10 mins walk away and no issue for the 5 of us which included my 75 yr old dad. The kids had the upstairs twin room and said the beds squeaked when rolling over so may be something to look at changing but the main bedroom had a lovely tempur mattress which was faultless We all had a great stay and would return in a heartbeat 10/10 "
