"As these rooms are new, there was no checks for maintenance before we accommodated our room... Eg... No air conditioning was working, there are no umbrellas by the pool for shade, there are no mini clothes lines to peg out your wet clothes/swim stuff, no room service most days, they empty the bins ..."
