Improvements - a covered house so you don't get kept awake by the rain hitting the roof, and an added patio roof so you can sit outside ...

Few minutes walk from town and supermarket, is down and up a hill though so be aware if you have health issues. Well equipped clean room. Bit of traffic noise. Very noisy dawn chorus that apparently happens only around October, November time.
