Outside the resort, 8 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool angular (4 x 10 m, depth 90 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, pool house with fridge, shower, WC and cooking stove, patio, arbour, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue house, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 5.9 km, railway station 10 km, ferry 10.2 km. Sports harbour 10 km, marina 10 km, golf course (18 hole) 5 km, surf school 10 km, sailing school 10 km, tennis 2 km. Nearby attractions: La Sella Golf 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the complex has night security. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

The villa was immaculately clean and even better than the photographs which are fabulous! It is set in the most beautiful quiet setting. You definitely need a car if you want to get out and about although Dénia isn’t far away and has some beautiful restaurants.

We enjoyed!

We spent 12 days on this villa. It was neat and spacious located in a beautiful and peaceful area. The swimming pool was large enough for our needs. Amazing scenery to Montgo and surroundings. The location between Valencia and Alicante was also suitable for us. It was nice to do some daytrips nearby. The staff of the Interhome office was friendly and helpful.
