"The staff are well trained and although there was a change of owner, there was no change in the standard and with a restaurant on site but unlike the previous time, I didn't have the refreshments. Breakfast with good varieties of proteins and carbohydrates and the only caveat is the lack of wholemeal bread. Good variety of fruits, sweets and jellies for those who enjoy them. "When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was not available. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."
