"First of all, it's not bang in the centre, but it's close. Patraix is far enough from central Valencia that you are not surrounded by tourists, the neighbourhood has it's own authentic vibe. Downstairs there are two good bakeries for breakfast. The room itself is very good. Spacious. The biggest plus was the huge balcony you get all to yourself. You are in the penthouse of a building with, I believe, normal residents. If you get the top floor you'll be happy as you can spend a good deal of time...
