"Great welcome from the owner (granddaughter of the person who had the mansion built). Only 5 bedrooms in total which makes the place very homely. Great park to rest and a long sitting room (with tuned piano) to relax."

The couple and their young daughter acquired the house and estate in 2018 to develop it as a vineyard, and a year later they opened four guest rooms. The breakfast was fantastic and the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus."

"It does not state on the website, but the pool is closed during off peak, although the the staff were very accommodating and allowed me to sit by the pool in the outdoor terrace, as it was still 24 degrees."
