"Everything was fine except the hotels physical address and the address shown on the hotels.com map are not even close. 2 km away from each other. Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it. "Rustige omgeving, vriendelijk personeel. Goede parkeermogelijkheden. Groot,mooi en schoon zwembad. Kamers kunnen wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Voor mensen met kinderen is er in de omgeving niets te beleven. Ook jammer dat het restaurant niet meer open is. Zelfs geen ontbijt is beschikbaar. Voorkeur voor kamer 416,415,414 ! "The address is wrong so you cannot use Google maps to ping the actual hotel. Google sent us to The Tamarind Shop in downtown about two miles from the actual hotel. The staff did not speak English so it was very frustrating navigating the very busy city center. To get to the hotel you have to enter the Big C parking lot off of 21 south, turn out of the parking lot by the 7/11 and turn right down the road, go 100 yards to find the hotel.
