"Overall a good choice. Centrally located and offers parking which is very convenient. Breakfast had good savory and sweet options including fresh ground and brewed coffee, eggs, local farm to table ingredients and friendly helpful staff. Front desk staff varied in attitude and demeanor , but Leila was excellent. Room cleaning was thorough and prompt. Pedestrian exit convenient to shops and restaurants. However, Wi-Fi was spotty at best and could be improved. Mezzanine conference room area good for laptop work and being out of room. Biella region is beautiful and relatively uncrowded compared to other small cities. Recommend hiking in Zegna Oasis preserve and Santuario Di Oropa. Piacenza factory store in Pollone has quality cashmere and wool clothing. Also recommend day trips to Torino and Aosta Valley. We would definitely return to this hotel!"

Wonderful hotel! We stayed at the Fortyfive Hotel for three nights and enjoyed every moment. The location is excellent and very quiet, the hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are fantastic, going above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Breakfast is a rich and delicious buffet. A special thank you to the owner, Vincenzo, who helped us a great deal, was kind and welcoming, and gave us truly exceptional service. Highly recommended! Hotel fantastico! Abbiamo soggiornato al Fortyfive Hotel per tre notti e ci siamo goduti ogni momento.
