"es konnte keiner nicht mal ein wort deutsch, was die Verständigung sehr schwer machte, es stand in der Beschreibung das ein Parkplatz inbegrifen ist, war es aber nicht. Wir musten dafür bezahlen, wir haben 2 Raum mit 2 Doppelbetten gebucht, haben dann aber nur 1 Raum und 1 Doppelbett bekommen! "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance.
It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request.
Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful.
We felt very welcome."

The morning coffee was excellent. I was especially impressed by Katrina at the restaurant; her top-notch service and attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel!"
