This was our first stay at a Residence Inn and it was a good experience end to end. The staff was kind and helpful, the room well appointed and clean, the hotel writer and orderly, the workout room minimal but functional. The only negative was the fold out bed: unsleepable. But folded back as a couch, it worked fine and I had a fine night's rest.

Inadequate accommodations and combative staff
We booked and room for 3 people through hotels.com and when we arrived they gave us a room with only one bed. When we asked to be moved to a room for 3, we were told we could not do that. It took a call to the manager with an unprofessional attitude from the staff (Johnny) in order to switch rooms. When we arrived to the new room there was an air vent hanging off the bathroom ceiling, a panel missing from the TV console and hair in the bathroom - run down and not thoroughly cleaned to say the least. We will not be returning to this hotel.
