"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

"Good location with a lovely view of the harbour. Waking to old town and bars. The only problem is parking expensive unless you park over 30 walk uphill away"

"Three of us stayed in Cord's apartment for a week in Peroj. The apartment was in a wonderful location, not only for the view but also for the perfect central hub to see all in the Istrian peninsula that we wanted to see. Having the washer in the unit was a much appreciated amenity along with a well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to visiting the area again in the future, hopefully in the summer. Thank you/danke Cord!"

"The property itself is cute and it is located in a very good Place in the old town right on the edge it is older but well-maintained. The only downside to this property is you have to pay a lot for parking and at night it can be very busy cause just blow your window is a restaurant bar that can be noisy sometimes"

"Das Appartment No. 3 liegt im 1. Obergeschoss eines neu gebauten Hauses mit einer großen Terrasse und mit direktem Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Es liegt an einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße. Das Appartement ist bestens ausgestattet, es blieben für uns als Familie keine Wünsche offen. Zu Fuß in den hübschen Ortskern mit Restaurants und Geschäften kommt man in wenigen Minuten, ein großer Supermarkt ist auch in kurzer Laufentfernung. Die Verwaltung vor Ort übernimmt eine sehr nette, zuvorkommende und...

"We loved the property in the old town. The lighting at the entrance was a little unnerving but with phone lights it was manageable. Suggest a timed light at the bottom. The location was perfect for the wedding we were there to attend. Thank you."

"Great location, very responsive owner, nice and clean, clear instructions to check in.. Only one minor issue though - not the fault of the apartment- There is quite a bit mosquitoes in old town - so keep the windows firmly shut or else :)"

"Tolles Apartment mit einen super Blick auf die Kravener Bucht. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier echt richtig aufgehoben. In dem Apartment ist alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt, der Balkon ist traumhaft, schon morgens beim Frühstück den Blick aufs Meer.... "We had a fantastic time at Villa Sterna. The Villa was just as advertised and in a beautiful spot. The Villa was very spacious and the swimming pool and outside area was fab.
