Love Payson property not what is presented

I must say Payson is a lovely spot. Two things that were on the site was the host said that there wasnt any stairs in the entrance. Which was correct and that this property was wheelchair accesable. Once you go through the entry way you have multiple stairs up to the bedroom area, step up to the bath and steps going out to the patio A big one for us was that you are not in control of the AC. You can call them and they will change it but its connected to the adjacent house wich is also rented out. So you are infringing on someone elses comfort or giving up your own. She said not to worry that was her problem. They have removed from the amenity list that there is hot tub. There was no hot tub. The yard is just dirt and branches and didnt really see any childrens area that would be safe to play. The entry table was very dusty. Someone had written their name in it. You can hear the people next door talking. We had booked it for 8 days. We searched for a new place and found something open and only had to stay two days. I will say on her behalf that the patio light was out and she sent a maintenance man the very next day and generally contacted me pretty quickly when i texted or called. I lived in Payson 4 years. Its a great place to enjoy just not this house. I wanted to let others no what to expect. was misrepresented N
