The large dining table seats 8 comfortably, with additional seating for 2 at the island. A mini-split system throughout the home allows you to customize heating and cooling in each area for maximum comfort year-round.
The basement is a kid (and adult) dream hangout, featuring a TV lounge, basketball shooting game, pinball machine, skee-ball machine, and a variety of games. It also includes a custom 3-level bunk setup with three king beds, perfect for groups and families.
Upstairs, the open loft (no door) offers a cozy queen bed, plus a private balcony with a telescope—perfect for stargazing under Arizona’s clear skies. There is also a pack n play for your convenience.
On the main level is a primary bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom with a king bed.
