This place is a little gem. Perfect location, lovely quiet street but near to everything. Great room and lovely breakfast. You have everything you need. I loved the huge doors that opened out overlooking the street but also that you could close them and pop the a/c on at night -making it incredibly quiet. Great products in the room - love grown alchemist and the complimentary slippers. There were three of us in the room and it worked really well - three women getting ready in a morning but there was plenty of space, mirrors and plugs near mirrors - always a plus! The beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was great and I love that you can help yourself to hot drinks in reception throughout the day - such a lovely touch. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

It is not even clear where to enter. The hotel does not have good beds, sheets, and pillows. Super small room for the price.

Great location in Paris Friendly and helpful staff

I’m not usually someone who writes reviews often, but even though I already posted a review on Expedia for my exceptional stay, I have to mention this as well. During my visit, I accidentally left a shoe valued at $2,000 in the room. I only realised it a month later when I returned to L.A. What makes this experience unforgettable is the incredible customer service. I wasn’t even completely sure I had left the shoe in Paris, since we continued traveling through the south of France afterward. But when I contacted Highstay to my surprise, they confirmed they had safely kept it the entire time. After holding onto my shoe for a full month, they responded immediately, handled everything with genuine care and professionalism, and shipped it back to me the very next day. Their communication, honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to help went far beyond my expectations. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and trustworthy today. They turned what could have been a stressful and disappointing situation into such a positive experience. I truly can’t thank them enough and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, HIGH STAY!
