Also, they shouldn't advertise that they have a pool - it's drained and there are no chairs sitting around it, so they are not planning on fixing it. this is the 3rd time this year alone that we have stayed at a hotel where the pool was out of commission without knowing it. There must be a way that Hotels.com can obtain this info for their patrons prior to booking, or even after - giving them a chance to change their booking. It's very frustrating. "
