"Amazing experience overall. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a perfect mix of modern style and Balinese charm. The location is excellent, right by the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. My partner would have preferred slightly deeper pressure at the spa, but everything was still very high quality. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would absolutely come back again."
